Enrol Your Child
Should you wish to apply for a place for your child in our school, please do the following:

Read our enrolment policy,

Complete the Pre-Enrolment Questionnaire (linked below), and
-
Complete an application form for the school. Application forms are available from the school office.
Pupils in St. Francis Xavier Junior School will receive their enrolment forms through the school in advance of the opening date of school enrolment.
All applications for places received will be responded to within 21 days of the closing day for the submission of applications. Applications for places made after this date will only be considered when the initial waiting list is cleared.
We ask that you read our Admissions Policy in full to understand our enrolment procedures.
2026/2027 School Year – Mainstream
- Complete the Pre-Enrolment Questionnaire (linked below)
- Completed mainstream applications will be accepted from 3rd – 21st November 2025
- Children from St. Francis Xavier Junior School will receive enrolment documents from the school in November.
- Applications for places made after this date will only be considered when the initial waiting list is cleared.
2026/2027 School Year – ASD/ASC Classes
- Pupils seeking places in the ASD classes follow the same process as those for mainstream except they complete an ASD Class Pre-Enrolment form.
- Children from St. Francis Xavier Junior School ASD classes will receive enrolment documents from the school in November.
- Please ensure to have copies of all relevant reports and ASD class Eligibility letter as issued by your SENO.
- Applications for places made after this date will only be considered when the initial waiting list is cleared.
2027/2028 School Year and Beyond:
- We only accept applications for school places the year before your child is due to start school. Please check back at that point.
